Happy National Green Juice Day! Do you open your gifts on actual Green Juice Day or Green Juice Day Eve? It is also National Leprosy Day but this felt like a more fun thing to talk about. I love a green juice! I definitely think it gets a bad name because it is so ugly. If it were pink, everyone would love it. However more than $130 million worth of fruit-based cold-pressed juices are sold globally, while global sales of vegetable-based cold-pressed juices reach $85 million. Here's my favorite Green Juice recipe, enjoy!
Cucumbers, Granny Smith apples, lemon, and raw honey and spinach. Put it in the blender and enjoy. Add a little booster if you want, ginger works nice in this.
